“Therapy that finally feels like it fits”
For teens (13+) and adults who felt therapy moved too fast or missed something—an attuned, nervous-system–informed approach so the work can feel safe and effective.
Hello, I’m Julianna. I’m really glad you’re here.
If you’ve been in therapy before and left feeling like it didn’t quite work the way you hoped—like things moved too fast, felt overwhelming, or didn’t fit how your mind and body process things—you’re not alone. And you’re not the problem.
I specialize in working with teens (13+) and adults who feel like trauma therapy hasn’t fully clicked for them. My approach is intentional, attuned, and paced to your nervous system—so the work can feel safe and effective.
I believe healing doesn’t happen by pushing through. It happens when your system feels supported, understood, and in control. Together, we focus on building that sense of safety first, while helping you understand how your mind and body have adapted to stress and trauma—so you don’t have to push through or get flooded to make progress.
I primarily use EMDR, along with Flash technique and elements of CBT and parts work, always adapting the process to fit you—not the other way around. Whether we move through all phases of EMDR or simply use a trauma-informed lens to understand your experiences, the pace and direction are collaborative.
My work is also informed by both professional training and lived understanding of neurodivergence, which helps me approach therapy in a way that is flexible, collaborative, and respectful of how different brains process and respond.
Over the past 9+ years, I’ve worked across levels of care, from intensive outpatient with children and families to individual therapy with adults, and my work has increasingly centered on trauma and nervous system-informed healing.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, with a focus on the connection between physical and psychological experiences of stress and trauma.
Outside of therapy, I recharge by spending time with my family and pets—something that keeps me grounded and connected to the same balance I hope to help you build in your own life.
If you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to rush, perform, or “get it right,” I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
