• I offer telehealth therapy and am licensed to practice in Maryland, Delaware, Washington state, and Oregon.

• I am in-network and credentialed with the following insurance providers: BlueCross BlueShield & Cigna

Private Pay & Out-of-Network

For clients who are out-of-network, prefer not to use insurance, or require a sliding fee scale due to financial need, I offer private pay services.

• Intake Assessment: $200

• Individual Session (45–55 minutes): $190

• Phone Check-In (30 minutes): $50 (Please note: phone check-ins are not covered by insurance)

• Document Preparation: $100 per hour (Billed in 15-minute increments)
