• I offer telehealth therapy only, and am licensed to practice in Maryland, Delaware, Washington state, and Oregon.

• I am in-network with the following insurance providers: BlueCross BlueShield (for HMO plans, check your service area) including Anthem, Carefirst, and Regence; Aetna; United Healthcare (UHC); and Cigna

Private Pay & Out-of-Network

For clients who are out-of-network, or prefer not to use insurance, I offer private pay services. Please ask about my sliding fee scale if are experiencing financial hardship- I’ll be happy to work with you to make as therapy accessible as possible.

• Intake Assessment: $200

• Individual Session (45–55 minutes): $190

• Phone Check-In (30 minutes): $50 (Please note: phone check-ins are not covered by insurance)

• Document Preparation: $100 per hour (Billed in 15-minute increments)
